The Millcreek C.C. Architect - Architectural Nexus |

|
Throughout our 30+ years in business (Architectural Nexus is the merger of Jensen Haslem Architects - est. 1980 and Thomas Petersen Hammond Architects - est. 1973), more than 30 different municipalities and government agencies have selected Architectural Nexus to meet their new building design and remodeling needs. From performing art centers to fire stations, libraries to transit centers, justice facilities to post offices, we've delivered as promised for our local and federal government clients.
Architectural Nexus is a collaborative organization where our design professionals focus on project types that they love and have gained expertise on. We have a team that specializes in civic projects because they believe some of the most interesting buildings in our society have been community spaces, perhaps because these structures are a reflection of our quest for knowledge, interaction and excellence as a people.
Architectural Nexus has proven their expertise in LEED© and sustainable design. Architectural Nexus offers strategies for programming, design and construction that integrate principles of sustainability, affordability and constructability.
Architectural Nexus has been responsible for the design and/or programming and needs assessment for 17 libraries throughout the Intermountain Region for both municipalities and academic campuses. Architectural Nexus also has experience in senior center and recreational facilities having completed the Salt Lake County Gene Fullmer Senior Center and Recreation Center in addition to multiple recreation centers and park projects. Architectural Nexus has recently been awarded the Salt Lake County East Millcreek Community Center which incorporates all three of these components.
