This adjacency chart demonstrates the implentation providing optimal
functionality, flexibility
and visibility. This library plan will provide appropriate sight lines and accessibility
for the staff and
library patrons.
This layout of the library optimizes the location of the public use facilities such as the Community
Meeting
Room and public restrooms and takes into account organizational and use requirements. Factors such
as sight
lines, proximity of certain functions such as reference desks, circulations desks and quiet spaces
were all
considered based on extensive library experience. |
